For order support, include your order number and the name used when placing the order.
To arrange a free authorised return, start a warranty request, or report an incorrect, damaged or defective product, email us with your order number and details of the issue. Please do not send a product to an unconfirmed address; Smart Mower will provide the approved free-return method and destination.
Choosing a robotic mower?
Tell us your approximate lawn area, steepest slope, number of separate zones and narrowest passage. Include the model name if you already have one in mind.
